App Configs

Admins are able to:

  1. Update company information - address, email, website, name etc.
  2. Customize the system logos - including login, registration, invoice watermarks ..
  3. Set the application prefixes for invoices, order numbers, nominations, trips, vendors e.t.c.
  4. Add payment methods, currencies.
  5. View predefined invoice types - hence only the names can be updated.

The information is used in generating invoice header, homepage tagline, system reports e.t.c

Updating Logos.

These are the customizable logos on FMS:

  • Company Logo(Solid).
  • Company Logo(Transparent).
  • Login Page Logo.
  • Registration Page Logo.
  • Home Page Logo.
  • Home Page Background.
  • Document watermark
  • Favicon Small/Medium/Large Logo.

The logos are used on the login/registration/admin pages, invoice, FMS reports e.t.c.

Setting Prefixes.

The prefixes are important in generating numbers for invoices, trips, customers,vendors e.t.c.

  • Nomination Prefix - the prefix will be appended to the nomination number on creation.
  • Trip Prefix - appended to trip on creation.
  • Invoice Prefix - appended to invoice number.
  • Customer Prefix - appended to customer number/code.
  • Sub-Contractor Prefix - appended to subcontractor on creation.
  • Vendor Prefix - appended to vendor code on vendor creation.
